We offer FREE expedited shipping across Canada on eligible orders. We work with multiple Canadian shipping hubs and courier partners to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

British Columbia & Alberta

Most orders within British Columbia and Alberta arrive within 1–2 business days after shipment.

Depending on the courier, destination, weather, seasonal volume, or other shipping conditions, delivery may occasionally take longer. While uncommon, we recommend allowing up to 4 business days during peak periods or unexpected disruptions.

Shipping Across Canada

Estimated Delivery: 1–4 Business Days

For most Canadian destinations outside BC and Alberta, orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment.

During peak seasons, periods of unusually high courier volume, severe weather, or other transportation disruptions, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Free Expedited Shipping

Standard shipping is always free across Canada, and whenever available, we ship using expedited services at no additional cost.

For longer-distance destinations, expedited shipping can often reduce transit time by approximately 1–2 business days compared with standard ground services.

Need it even faster? Where available, you may be able to select an upgraded Express, Next-Day, or Overnight shipping option during checkout for an additional charge.

We Ship From Multiple Canadian Warehouse Hubs

To help reduce delivery times, we use a network of third-party Canadian warehouse and fulfillment hubs.

Whenever possible, your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.

However, inventory availability can vary between locations. Certain SKUs, board sizes, colours, accessories, bundles, or special requests may need to be fulfilled from one of our larger Canadian shipping hubs, including Kelowna, British Columbia or Vancouver, British Columbia.

Regardless of where your order originates, our goal remains the same: ship from the most practical available Canadian location and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may occasionally take several hours to appear after your shipment has been picked up or its shipping label has been created.
