LowTide 3-Year Warranty
Built for the water. Backed for 3 years.
Every LowTide inflatable paddle board includes a 3-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original date of purchase.
We stand behind the construction of our boards. If something goes wrong because of how your board was manufactured, we'll work with you to make it right.
What's Covered
Our 3-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal recreational use, including:
- Seam separation or seam leaks caused by a manufacturing defect
- Delamination or separation of board materials
- Defective inflation valves
- Defective fin boxes
- Handles, D-rings or attachment points separating from the board due to a manufacturing defect
- Excessive air loss caused by a manufacturing defect
- Other structural manufacturing defects affecting the normal use of the board
Depending on the issue, LowTide may choose to repair the board, replace the affected component, replace the board with the same or a comparable model, or provide another appropriate resolution.
Free Minor Puncture Repairs for 3 Years
Punctures normally aren't considered manufacturing defects, but we know they happen.
That's why LowTide includes free repair of eligible minor punctures for 3 years from your original purchase date.
Small pinholes and minor repairable punctures to the board material can be repaired by LowTide at no labour charge.
This complimentary repair program does not cover major cuts, tears, seam damage caused by impact, extensive damage, damage that makes the board unsafe or impractical to repair, or damage caused intentionally or through severe misuse.
Customers are responsible for transporting or shipping the board to and from an approved LowTide repair location unless otherwise agreed.

Commercial & Rental Use
The standard LowTide 3-Year Limited Warranty is intended for personal recreational use.
Commercial and rental use is permitted, but warranty coverage for boards used in rental fleets, lessons, tours, camps or other commercial operations requires enrollment in the LowTide Commercial Rental Fleet Program.
Please contact LowTide before placing boards into commercial service. As part of enrollment, we'll review important information with your team regarding inflation, storage, transportation, daily inspections, maintenance and general fleet care.
Once your business has completed the enrollment process and been approved for commercial use, your boards will receive the applicable commercial warranty protection provided under the program.
Boards used commercially without prior enrollment in the LowTide Commercial Rental Fleet Program are not covered under the standard 3-Year Limited Warranty.
Commercial warranty terms may differ from our standard recreational warranty.
Original Purchaser
The LowTide 3-Year Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
Making a Warranty Claim
Think something isn't right with your board? Contact LowTide with:
- Your name and order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the affected area
- A short video showing the issue when applicable
- We may request additional photos, videos or an inspection of the board before approving a claim.
Please do not attempt a major repair or modification before contacting us, as unauthorized repairs may affect warranty eligibility.
Repair or Replacement
If we determine that an issue is covered by the LowTide Limited Warranty, we will determine the most appropriate solution based on the nature of the defect.
This may include repair, replacement parts, replacement of the board with the same or a comparable model, or another appropriate remedy.
Replacement products or components may vary slightly in colour, design or specification if the original product is no longer available.
A Warranty Designed for Real Paddlers
Paddle boards get used. They get sandy, dirty, scratched and occasionally bumped into things.
Our warranty isn't designed to promise that your board will always look brand new. It's designed to protect you if something goes wrong because of how we built it.
And because accidents happen, we'll even take care of eligible minor puncture repairs for your first 3 years.
3 years of manufacturing-defect coverage.
3 years of eligible minor puncture repairs.
More time on the water.
