Purchase, Return & Exchange Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing a paddle board or accessory from SUPCove.
We want you to inspect and test your new board immediately after receiving it. Our exchange and warranty policies are designed to protect customers from shipping damage, incorrect orders and manufacturing defects while keeping our product pricing competitive.
Purchase & Safety Requirements
By purchasing a paddle board or other water-use product from SUPCove, you acknowledge that paddle boarding and other water activities involve inherent risks.
It is the customer's responsibility to use all products safely and appropriately.
When operating a paddle board, you are responsible for:
- Wearing or carrying an appropriately sized and approved personal flotation device (PFD), as required by applicable law
- Carrying any additional safety equipment required by applicable boating regulations
- Using an appropriate leash where conditions and applicable safety guidance permit
- Ensuring children and youth use properly fitted safety equipment appropriate for their size
- Checking weather, wind and water conditions before launching
- Staying within your swimming and paddling abilities
- Following local boating and waterway regulations
- Inspecting your board, paddle, fin, leash, PFD and other equipment before use
- Properly inflating and maintaining your paddle board
- Following the inflation limits and care instructions provided with your board
- Never operating equipment while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, drugs or other intoxicating substances
- Using reasonable judgment around boats, currents, waves, weather and other water users
Purchasing equipment from SUPCove does not constitute instruction, certification or confirmation that a customer is capable of safely participating in a particular water activity.
If you are new to paddle boarding, we strongly recommend learning proper paddling and water-safety practices before heading onto the water.

All Sales Are Final

We may request photographs of the products, packaging and shipping labels so we can verify and correct the order.
Do not use an incorrectly shipped product before contacting us.
7-Day Paddle Board Exchange Policy
New paddle boards include a 7-day inspection and exchange period beginning on the date you receive or pick up your board.
This period is intended to give you time to inspect your board for shipping damage, air leaks, manufacturing issues or other problems that may have been present when you received it.
Please Test Your Board Immediately
Don't wait until your first lake day to open your board.
As soon as you receive your paddle board, we strongly recommend that you:
- Open the package.
- Remove and inspect the board and accessories.
- Check for visible shipping damage.
- Inflate the board according to its instructions.
- Inspect the valve, seams, fin box, handles, D-rings and board surface.
- Leave the board inflated overnight in a safe indoor or shaded location.
- Check it again for unusual air loss or other issues.
You can perform this initial inspection inside your home, garage or on a clean lawn or other clean, safe surface.
Please do not place the board in the water if you believe it may be defective or damaged.
Exchange Eligibility
If you discover a qualifying problem within the first 7 days, contact SUPCove immediately.
We may request:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photographs of the board
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the affected area
- A short video demonstrating the issue
- Additional information reasonably required to diagnose the problem
If SUPCove determines that the board qualifies for an exchange, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.
Original Board Must Be Returned
A replacement board will not constitute a free second board.
The original board must be returned to SUPCove as part of an approved exchange.
For shipped orders, the customer must return the original product as instructed before the exchange can be completed, unless SUPCove expressly agrees to another arrangement.
Do not dispose of, abandon or destroy a board that is subject to an exchange unless SUPCove specifically instructs you to do so.
All Accessories Must Be Returned
When exchanging a complete paddle board package, all originally included accessories must also be returned, unless SUPCove tells you otherwise.
This may include:
- Paddle
- Pump
- Carrying bag
- Fin or fins
- Leash
- Repair kit
- Straps
- Included accessories
- Other components originally supplied with the package
Accessories should be returned in reasonable condition.
Missing accessories or components may result in their replacement cost being charged or deducted from any applicable exchange value.
Please double-check your package before shipping it back.
Shipping an Exchange
For orders that were originally shipped to the customer, the board must be shipped back to SUPCove or another return location designated by SUPCove to complete an approved exchange.
Do not ship a board back without first contacting SUPCove and receiving exchange instructions.
Unauthorized shipments may be refused or may result in additional shipping or handling costs.
Responsibility for exchange shipping costs will depend on the reason for the exchange and applicable law.
If SUPCove confirms that we shipped the incorrect product or that a qualifying issue existed when the product was supplied, we will advise you of the applicable return-shipping process.
Used Boards
The 7-day exchange period is intended to allow you to inspect and test the condition of your board, not to provide a 7-day trial rental.
Boards that have been taken onto the water, damaged, excessively used, modified, improperly inflated or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may not qualify for an exchange unless the issue is covered by warranty or applicable law.
This is why we strongly recommend inflating and inspecting your board at home before taking it onto the water.
Damage After Delivery
Damage caused after receiving the product is not considered shipping damage or an incorrect order.
This may include:
- Cuts or punctures
- Damage from rocks or docks
- Dragging damage
- Fin damage caused by impact
- Improper inflation
- Improper storage
- Excessive heat exposure
- Vehicle or transportation damage
- Pet damage
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
Manufacturing defects discovered outside the 7-day exchange period may still qualify for coverage under the applicable SUPCove or LowTide warranty.
Warranty vs. Exchange
Our 7-Day Exchange Policy and product warranties are separate.
The 7-day exchange period is designed to identify problems immediately after receiving a new board.
A warranty provides applicable protection against qualifying manufacturing defects after the initial exchange period has ended.
If you discover an issue after the first 7 days, contact us and we'll determine whether the issue may qualify under the applicable product warranty.
Before You Purchase
Please make sure you've selected the correct product before completing your order.
If you're unsure which paddle board is right for you, contact SUPCove before purchasing. We'd much rather help you choose the right board before your order than have you end up with equipment that isn't suitable for your needs.
Buy it. Open it. Inflate it. Inspect it.
Test your new board as soon as you receive it so that if something isn't right, we can address it quickly.
