Most pickup orders are ready within approximately 15 minutes of placing your order.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pickup is available 7 days a week, subject to product availability and order confirmation.
How Kelowna Pickup Works
Place your order online and select Kelowna Same-Day Pickup at checkout when available.
Approximately 95% of pickup orders are ready within 15 minutes. On rare occasions, we may require approximately 1 hours to transfer, locate, or prepare your order.
Please do not arrive until you have received your “Ready for Pickup” notification.
Once you receive your notification, please plan to arrive within 2 hours and before the pickup cut-off time for that day.
Important: This Is a Residential Home Business Pickup Location
Our same-day Kelowna pickup point is not our main warehouse.
Our larger Kelowna-area warehouse is located farther outside Kelowna city limits. To make local pickup faster and more convenient, same-day orders are transferred to and collected from an authorized residential home business pickup location in Kelowna.
The pickup address will be provided with your order and pickup instructions.
Because this is a residential location, we kindly ask all customers to respect the property and surrounding neighbours. Please avoid excessive noise, blocking driveways, unnecessary idling, or waiting outside for extended periods.
When you arrive, please park on the road, and go to the address provided in your pickup confirmation and ring the doorbell.

- Your order number or pickup confirmation
- A valid photo ID matching the order information
We may request additional order verification before releasing higher-value purchases.
Need to Make a Last-Minute Change?
We understand plans change.
Small last-minute changes may be accommodated, depending on inventory and availability at the pickup location.
However, because this location does not hold our complete warehouse inventory, some changes may require you to place a new order and wait approximately 15 minutes to 1 hour while the new item is prepared or transferred for pickup.
For the fastest service, please make sure your order contains the correct products, sizes, colours, and accessories before submitting it.

Our Kelowna residential pickup location is not staffed 24/7 and is not a retail storefront or walk-in showroom.
Please do not arrive without a confirmed pickup order and do not arrive before receiving your Ready for Pickup notification.
Receiving an "order confirmation" does not necessarily mean your order is ready. You must wait for the separate "pickup-ready notification" before travelling to the location.
