We take our time getting comfortable with the paddle board, equipment and basic techniques before heading onto the water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWhat You'll Learn\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYour instructor will walk you through the fundamentals of paddle boarding, including:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• Getting comfortable with your board and equipment\u003cbr\u003e• Safely getting on and off the paddle board\u003cbr\u003e• Starting from a kneeling position\u003cbr\u003e• Standing up when and if you feel comfortable\u003cbr\u003e• Basic paddling and turning techniques\u003cbr\u003e• Balance and board control\u003cbr\u003e• Getting back onto your board from the water\u003cbr\u003e• Basic paddle boarding and water safety\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eYou do not have to stand up.\u003c\/strong\u003e If you're more comfortable paddling from your knees or sitting down, that's completely okay.
